Don't judge a book by its cover. I've lived in San Diego all my life so I've seen this place go through many managers. And this would have to the best one so far. Food got a lot better than what it use to be. The outside looks horrible but the inside is not so bad. Bathroom was finally redone. The food is really good compared to other fancy sea food, but it is pricey. I go with my family for special occasions only. The workers are friendly and makes conversation with you if you let them. I've had family have wedding reception there and they try to be as efficient as possible. Would recommend to anyone who wants to try chinese sea food.

Good Chinese Food
This place has good Chinese food. I recommend going with a group of people and getting the family special. I think this is the best deal and highlights the better dishes on their menu. Besides the great family deal, I highly suggest the following:
Lobster or shrimp garlic salted - the thick crispy layer of garlic on the shells is delicious
Walnut shrimp - always a great dish
Ginger and onion steamed fish
Plenty of parking spaces and the service tends to be very warm. It looks a bit run down but don't let that deceive you and prevent you from getting some good Chinese food.

This place is more seafood. The seafood are bomb but its so pricey that i don't want to eat here unless it's a special occasion. The parking is decent and the people are friendly. Good service. Good atmosphere.

i came here for a family dinner and it's something different than what i'm used to, but it was still really good. the environment is really comfortable. their prices aren't pretty decent. their service is pretty good too.
